BidRead does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that use of the Service will result in a successful bid award or contract procurement. Analysis and insights provided are informational only. You assume sole responsibility for evaluation, accuracy, and submission of all bid responses.

5. Verification of Original Documents

You must independently verify all information extracted from bid documents against the original government source documents. BidRead analysis may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. You are solely responsible for confirming:

  • Accuracy of all extracted requirements
  • Correctness of deadline dates and submission instructions
  • Completeness of scope and compliance requirements
  • Authenticity of original bid documents

6. Not Legal, Financial, or Compliance Advice

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

BidRead may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
